What a day of pet sitting looks like
We schedule your three visits around your pet's normal times for meals, walks and potty breaks. Keeping their routine steady helps reduce the stress pets feel when you're gone.

The right sitter for your pet
We pair you with the sitter whose experience best fits your pets. If you have a rabbit, we schedule a sitter who has cared for rabbits. Same for cats, birds, ferrets, backyard chickens, ducks and reptiles.
Do you offer overnight stays?
We don't offer overnight stays. Instead, three daily visits give your pets company, exercise and care while they sleep in their own beds. Need more than three visits a day? Add extra visits in the app.
Safe home access
We use lockboxes, keyless entry codes or your apartment's leasing office, and we follow your alarm instructions. Your vet's information stays on file in case of emergency.

How much is pet sitting?
In-home pet sitting is $93 per day and includes three 30-minute visits. Each additional pet is $4.
Do you offer overnight stays?
No. Instead we offer in-home pet sitting visits built around your pet's normal schedule, so they can stay home in their own routine.
How do you get into my home?
We work with whatever is easiest for you: a lockbox, a keyless entry code, or apartment access through your leasing office. We also follow your alarm system instructions.
What happens in an emergency?
We keep your vet's information on file. If something happens, we contact you and take your pet to their vet.
What pets do you care for?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, ferrets, chickens, ducks and reptiles. Have something else? Ask us and we will do our best to match you with an experienced sitter.
Is the meet & greet really free?
Yes. Every new client gets a free meet & greet so you, your pet and your walker or sitter can get to know each other and go over routines, home access and any questions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a $10 fee.
