Hooman On Demand is Raleigh and Charlotte North Carolina's favorite dog walking service. To make it easy for our customers Hooman On Demand has a mobile app so that you can request a walk whenever you need. Hooman on Demand has a team of trusted dog walkers who are also pet lovers. Here at Hooman On Demand we put the animal and walker's safety first!

Getting Started
  • What is Hooman On Demand?

    Hooman on Demand is a locally owned and operated dog walking and pet sitting service. Our walkers & sitters are committed to providing you with 100% satisfaction and peace of mind while you are away. We treat your furbabies as our own, your pets safety and happiness is our number one priority.

  • How do I sign up?

    Submit a new client form on our Sign Up page. Once you have completed the sign up form, look out for an email with the link to activate your account. Once activated download our app and you are ready to request walks! 

  • Why do I need a meet and greet?

    Requesting a meet and greet for you, your walker & your pup is a great way for us to introduce ourselves and answer any questions you may have.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Our walkers are avaible for walks Sunday-Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm.

Trust & Safety 
  • How do you handle home security?

    Hooman On Demand takes security very seriously to be sure that your pet and home are always safe. We are happy to fit your needs when it comes to home entry (lockbox, keyless entry code, apartment access through leasing office) and security protocols, including alarm systems. 


    Each of our walkers are throughouly screened and background checked.

  • Will you take my dog to the vet in case of emergency?

    We do require to have your pet's veterinary information on file in case of an emergency. You will be contacted and we will take your pet to their vet.

  • Do you offer overnight stays?

    We do not offer overnight stays. However, we do offer pet sitting in your home. Our pet sitting services are tailored to your pets normal schedules.

  • What areas do you service?

    We service Raleigh and surrounding areas.

  • How much does it cost to book a dog walker or pet sitter?

    Please refer to our Our Services page.

  • What is the walkers arrival window for visits?

    When booking a walk you will select a 2 hour arrival window in which your scheduled visit will begin. Example: If you select the 7am-9am arrival window, your visit will begin as early as 7am and as late as 9am.

  • What services do you offer?

    To best meet your dog's needs, Hooman On Demand has 4 different walk options. Please refer to our Our Services page for more details.

  • What pets do you care for?

    Our walkers have experience working with dogs, cats, birds, chickens, ducks, rabbits and ferrets. However if you have other pets that you need care for we will accommodate your needs! 

  • Are off leash dog walks or activities available?

    We do not offer off leash walks. However we would be happy to provide off leash activities in your fenced in yard. Also, we will take your dog into an apartment dog park only if there are no other dogs currently inside.

  • Do you walk my dog with other people's dogs?

    For the safety of your pet we do not offer pack walks with dogs from another household.  While caring for your pet we avoid interaction other dogs and animals.
