Trust & safety standards
- Screened team: every walker and sitter is interviewed and passes a third-party background check.
- Pet owners only: all of our walkers have pets of their own.
- GPS-tracked visits: check-in, check-out and route are recorded in the app.
- Photo check-ins & report cards after every visit.
- On leash, one household at a time: no off-leash walks and no pack walks.
- Secure home access: lockboxes, keyless codes, leasing-office access and alarm protocols.
- Emergency plan: your vet's details on file; we contact you and take your pet to their vet.

Trust & safety FAQs
Are your walkers background checked?
Yes. Every walker and sitter is interviewed and passes a third-party background check before they are hired, and every walker must also be a pet owner.
How do you get into my home?
We work with whatever is easiest for you: a lockbox, a keyless entry code, or apartment access through your leasing office. We also follow your alarm system instructions.
What happens in an emergency?
We keep your vet's information on file. If something happens, we contact you and take your pet to their vet.
Will my dog be walked with other people's dogs?
No. We never do pack walks with dogs from other households, and we avoid interactions with other dogs and animals during visits.
Do you offer off-leash walks?
No. For safety, all walks are on leash. We are happy to play off leash in your fenced yard, and we only use an apartment dog park when no other dogs are inside.
